The Energy Commission comprises

Dr. Alfred Ofusu Ahenkorah - (Executive Secretary)

Mr. Winfred Nelson - (Member)

Dr. Rudith King - (Member)

Dr. S. Ohemeng-Dapaah - (Member)

Dr. Francis Bawaana Dakura - (Member)

Mr. Charles Kofi Wayo - (Member)

The Chairman and members of the Commission hold office, on appointment, for a period not exceeding five years and shall on expiration of that period be eligible for re-appointment.
The Executive secretary is responsible for the administration of the Energy Commission and is required to ensure the implementation of the decisions of the Commission. He provides strategic and organizational leadership to build the Commission into a pre-eminent state agency for formulating and articulating national energy policies.
